A tour on the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels is pretty economical. This is especially so when judged in the context of the quality of services that are available at this luxury train. The rates differ as per the time when the visit is being made.

The travel is inclusive of several services and facilities such as travel, palaces, catering, cultural programs, conducted sightseeing, camel ride at Jaisalmer, entrance fee at monuments, boat ride at Udaipur, parks and rickshaw ride at Bharatpur. The tariff does not include the drinks, tips, business car facilities, laundry, spa car facilities, telephone calls, liquor, video camera fees and items of personal nature.

Below mentioned rates are PER PERSON / PER NIGHT Triple sharing is not possible in Royal Rajasthan on Wheels. If you want Luxury train and Triple sharing cabin then Palace on Wheels train journey is also a good option.

o 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.
o @ 2.575% Service Tax shall be levied on the tariff of Royal Palace on Wheels.
o 15 USD per pax per trip shall be charged against the payment of commercial tax in addition to the tariff mention above
o There shall be half fare for the children of 5 years and more but less then 12 years.
Children below 5 shall be allowed free.
o No charter can be booked during X-Mas & New Year period.
o Tariff Subject to change without notice.

Booking Procedure :
* We require names & nationality of all the passengers.
* Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of minimum 50% advance payment.
* Balance/full payment must reach us minimum 65 days before departure date with passport details.
* All booking requests received <60 days before tour depart date,will be confirmed on receipt of 100% tour amount.

Cancellation and forfeiture:

In case of FITs
* 10% of ticket value 90 days prior to departure.
* 50% of ticket value between 60 to 89 days prior to departure.
* 100% of ticket value between 30 to 59 days
* All disputes are subjected to juridiction of New Delhi (India) courts only.

In case of Charter & Groups
* 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
* 100% of ticket value 0-59 days prior to departure.

NOTE: No provision has been made for triple occupancy in Royal Rajsthan on Wheel's Train. With maximum two persons can be accommodated in One cabin.

No show/En route termination of tour/amendment :
* No Show : In case of No Show / Non-arrival of the guest full value of the train ticket is non refundable.
* En route termination of tour : In case guest is not willing to part take full journey booked or decided to deboard enroute, no refund or adjustment will be made for future travel.
* Amendment : All amendment requests are at the descreation of royal rajasthan on wheel train tour management.

Payment Options :
* By online credit card authorization (only visa and mastercard accepted).
* By swift bank wire transfer.
